Customer Service Specialist
Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistResponsibilitiesRun daily reports for orders and ensure accuracy before transferring them to the production screen.Communicate internally with teams to manage timelines and logistics, averaging 8-10 orders daily.Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, delivering professional service.Guide new customers through onboarding, including account setup, product selection, and service scheduling.Provide assistance with product availability, water quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.Manage recurring orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service.Address and resolve issues related to deliveries, product concerns, or service changes efficiently.Maintain detailed customer records, including service history, delivery preferences, and special instructions.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Essential SkillsCustomer service experienceData entry proficiencyMicrosoft Office skillsOrder entry capabilityInbound call handlingProficient with Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plusComfortable communicating on the phoneStrong attendance record requiredWork Environment

The position is fully onsite from 8am to 5pm. The team is small, consisting of 22 people, and training will be a thorough 2-week process followed by 3-4 months until mastery. The company offers a small family business environment with significant growth opportunities as they expand into new markets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
