Your Role
We are looking for an International Distribution Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You shall have a posi-tive and proactive mindset, as you will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accu-rate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow. T
he role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes from ‘order to cash’, inclusive of delivery management. We support a diverse range of customers, and each Distribution Specialist works with assigned customer seg-ments and territories, allowing them to form close relationships with the customers, sales team, and Service Centres.
Your ImpactGuarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing. Ensure a Premium Customer Experience by managing customer touchpoints. Plan and manage frictionless deliveries through the logistic portal, including delivery date management, D&I job assignment, and activity closing. Optimize free stock and manage Purchase Orders to HQ when required, ensuring correct stock movement management. Accurately manage the order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to foresee backlog slippage. Constantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during distribution activities. Properly manage Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers’ inquiries. Manage post-delivery surveys to assess customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues with the customer. About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills.
What you should bring:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations or similar fields 2-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics areas Fluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR), fluency in another language besides Italian is considered a plus Customer Caring and Customer Orientation Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred) Service business expertise Project Management Financial Skills and Cost Management Negotiation and solid communication skills Advance Analytical Skills Advance MS Office pack use, especially advance excel use Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
