Job Responsibilities Delivering proactive, high-quality service to our customers via phone, email, and our ticketing system (Salesforce). Processing and managing sales orders in SAP, including electronic orders. Supporting our sales team with order-related queries and ensuring accurate pricing and discounts. Coordinating with factories, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth deliveries. Maintaining customer, material, and pricing master data in SAP and Salesforce. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer-facing processes. The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
2–3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Solid communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in English (you’ll use it for daily communication and training). Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure and deadlines. Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
