Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist for Sleep and Respiratory Care (S&RC), you will collaborate with various departments to grow and exceed business goals built on one point of dedicated contact. **Your role:** + Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, complaints and order requests via Esker (order portal) and email/fax correspondence. Monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) workflows for any issues preventing order fulfillment and respond to customer escalations and non-standard requests regarding products and account information. + Provide general inquiry support for order tracking and parts availability. Manage order prioritizations, escalate shipping issues, modify order line blocks based on allocations, balance orders between distribution centers, and manage the global backorder report within SAP. + Proactively identify and address issues with both short-term and long-term solutions and display a commitment to quality by following required procedures while seeking continuous improvement opportunities. + Work with your manager to set personal and professional development goals, and take accountability for your personal development plan to grow within your current role and to prepare for future roles. + You will work 7:00AM-3:00PM or 8:00AM-4:00PM. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment or related experience. This position calls for a team player with the demonstrated ability to work with others as well as work independently with minimal supervision. + Your skills must include fluent and professional written and oral communication. Telephone skills and customer problem resolution experience required. Direct customer service experience within Business-to-Business capacity preferred but not required. Ability to solve non-routine product, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customers highly desired. SAP experience preferred. + You have an Associate’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re proficient with basic computer skills along with Microsoft Office software programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel required. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
