The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support complex end to end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a Sr. Customer Service Specialist as you advance your knowledge and leadership skills. 

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service Team located in Abu Dhabi and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage complex customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction covering the whole GCC region

Act as a subject matter expert for the organization and provide peer support 

Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support complex customer requirements and situations   

The essential requirements of the job include:

Arabic and English fluency is a must

Customer service experience 

Microsoft Office and ERP experience (SAP is a plus) 

Experience in incoterms and comply with export

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience 

Experience working in a manufacturing environment  

French language proficiency
