**Location:** Everett, WA (only) or both Redmond WA & Kirkland WA (contingent)
**Rate:** $34.48/Hour

**What Your Day May Look Like:**
+ Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
+ Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
+ Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
+ Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
+ Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
+ Provide detailed written witness reports.

**Position Requirements:**
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Associates Degree OR 2 years of honorable military service (Proof of experience required upon on-boarding)
+ Standard computer / technology skills needed
+ Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
+ Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
+ Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
+ Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
+ Must possess a valid driver’s license for state of assignment(WA) and insurable driving record
+ Must have a reliable means of communication
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation
+ Must have 2 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience - Work experience in the security industry, public service (police, fire), or military is desired
**Export Control Requirements:**
+ Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
