In this role you represent a key member of D&D Technologies, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, troubleshooting assistance, and product recommendations. Your role will also involve identifying sales opportunities, maintaining ISO compliance within sales and customer service, and supporting our broader sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Respond to customer inquiries, offering tailored product recommendations and technical advice
✅ Identify sales opportunities and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
✅ Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring clear communication across teams
✅ Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams
✅ Maintain and update CRM systems (Epicor), including warranty processes and sales order entries
✅ Ensure all sales and customer service activities comply with ISO standards
✅ Assist with trade shows, product demonstrations, and trade display setups
✅ Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly warranty summaries
