We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with a leading tobacco company renowned for delivering exceptional products and services. We are on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to become part of our dynamic team for a temporary position lasting 2-4 months.

Your Typical Day:

Engaging in outbound campaigns to connect with customers, providing them with information and assistance to enhance their experience.

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to offer precise information and support during outbound interactions.

Conducting research to gather relevant information and delivering accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

What you need to have is:

Excellent communication skills

Near Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal

Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal

Customer-oriented attitude

Proficiency in using CRM systems

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Ability to work both on your own and within a team

Fulltime role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
