**_Would you like to use your Italian and English skills to support one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands? As a Italian and English-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be part of our hybrid team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey._**
**_Your responsibilities will include:_**
+ Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
+ Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
+ Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
+ Accurately updating customer records and databases;
+ Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
+ Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
+ Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.
**_What we’re looking for:_**
+ Strong Italian and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
+ Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
+ Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);
+ Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
+ Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
+ Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
