Would you like to use your French and English skills to support one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands? As a French and English-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be part of our hybrid team in Romania, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n\n Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;\n Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;\n Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;\n Accurately updating customer records and databases;\n Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;\n Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;\n Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.\n\n

What we’re looking for:

\n\n Strong French and English language skills (B2 level upwards);\n Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;\n Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);\n Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;\n Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;\n Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.\n\n
