We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in person, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to enhance their service experience. You will also be responsible for handling billing inquiries, scheduling installations and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support across multiple communication channels.
Address inquiries, technical issues, and service requests.
Assist with billing, scheduling, and account updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Upsell services when necessary and promote customer retention.
Maintain accurate records of interactions for reporting.
Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
