The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and Center team in a key position by having responsibility for assisting customers with all store services and products, operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other Center equipment, and performing other related duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment Exceptional customer service skills Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Outstanding time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software Ability to work flexible hours Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner Notary Public certification may be required WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Assists customers with shipping/packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by PostNet Learns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at a proficient level Assists customers and staff with the operation of in-store printing equipment Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system Upsells, cross-sells, and actively participates in PostNet marketing and promotional initiatives Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes Captures, completes tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail  PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in person May be required to operate a motor vehicle Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
