Customer Service Representative - Migrations (6 months fixed contract)

What you will do

\n\nReceive and manage migration cases from bronze accounts on QUEUE line and assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other clerical functions.\nServe as the first point of contact for bronze migration information or doubts.\nMaintain a positive working relationship with staff.\nDealing with and resolving high-volume customer queries quickly in a friendly and efficient manner.\nIdentifying the need to escalate more complex queries to the relevant teams or departments.\nLiaising with internal teams to find resolutions for customer issues.\nLiaising with customers directly via telephone, e-mail and Chat.\nWorking within SLAs – To target migration handle.\nUpdating and managing the CRM tool for all customer issues.\nAttend, contribute and present at team meetings and other internal events.\nUnderstand company needs to add growth to accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.\n

Who you are

\n\nEquivalent required in related field.\nStrong customer conflict management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\nHigh level of attention to detail.\nExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\nWillingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders. Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships.\nDisplays a sound business judgment and decision-making capability.\nPassionate customer experience orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders.\nPatient and tolerant.\nMethodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.\nDemonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.\nAbility to work within a fast-paced, change embracing corporate culture.\nFluent in English is a must.\n\n

Preferable Skills & Experience:

\n\nA background in technical product and/or account management support would be desirable.\nKnowledge of Salesforce, SAP / CRM systems would be desirable.    \n\n
