Customer Service Representative - Medical Supply

**JOB PURPOSE:**
Customer Service Representatives provide support for PruittHealth Medical Supply. CSR will be responsible for supporting and performing tasks and communication related to processing orders, invoices, credits and product services.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:**
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned
• Maintains knowledge of products and offerings for PruittHealth Medical Supply
• Able and responsive to customer questions concerning products, pricing and order status.
• Keeps up to date on product changes, pricing, items and processing
• Knowledgeable with respect to Special Orders and Processing – placing orders with vendors, follow-up, tracking shipments and verifying facilities receive products timely.
• Able to work with vendors and customers in a courteous and respectful manner
• Responds to facility regarding back-order reports, research, shortages and damaged item claims. Works closely with inventory control.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
• Microsoft office including Word and Excel
• PeopleSoft experience
**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:**
High School diploma
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
3-5 years’ work experience in customer service or a call center environment.
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:** (Preferred qualifications)
3-5 years’ experience in medical supply field
3+ years long-term care industry experience
