Working hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 06:05 PM, Saturday between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM

 

Salary: 2,423 - 2,623 €/month at 40h/week (Fixed salary € 2,223/month + Language Bonus € 200/month + Performance Bonus up to € 200/month

Your new tasks:

 

Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently Review of the submitted claims for damages

 

What you bring with you: 

 

Fluency in Dutch (C2-level) and English (B2-level) Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls PC literacy Previous customer service experience preferable Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines Willingsness to learn and eagerness learn Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using the latest technologies Empathetic and socially competent personality
