What you will do in this role

Solving technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone & email

Keeping up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position

Documenting all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken

Have good English language skills (min. B1/B2 level)

Are good at communicating and have great organizational skills

Previous customer experience is considered an advantage

Have interest in electronics and technology
