Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Operations
Join a collaborative team that supports healthcare providers and patients by ensuring smooth, accurate, and compassionate customer service operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare professionals, helping to process orders, update patient information, and resolve inquiries with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary liaison for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer service orders.
+ Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems, monitoring account activity and ensuring data integrity.
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding patient information updates, supply orders, and delivery coordination.
+ Document all interactions in the appropriate systems and escalate issues when necessary.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical Support, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
+ Stay current on technical updates, policies, and procedures.
+ Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
+ 0–1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (healthcare experience a plus).
+ Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and call documentation.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
+ A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
