Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

$23 – $25 per hour starting pay

Additional $1/per hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency

$1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)

Paid, in-person training at: 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019

Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, including every 3rd Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a day off during the following week. Training is approximately 17 weeks onsite.

Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm, including every 3rd Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a day off during the following week. This also includes the opportunity to work from home.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships

Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset

Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment

Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

What You’ll Need

Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)

Spanish fluency is a plus!

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time

A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019)
