Your Role and Responsibilities Be the First Point of Contact: Handle incoming calls, accept payments, confirm policy information, and manage account changes, all while aiming for first-call resolution. Provide Accurate Information: Deliver valid and complete information to authorized parties, including policy details and coverage options. Process Applications: Efficiently receive and complete applications from clients or field associates. Collaborate with Underwriting: Keep the underwriting department informed of any changes to risk. Manage Payments: Review and post premium payments, and become an expert in our policy systems. Create and Modify Payment Plans: Set up auto-drafts, handle billing, and manage payment plans. Reinstate Policies: Identify funds needed for lapsed policies and ensure all paperwork is completed. Support Projects: Assist with various assigned projects to keep things running smoothly. Work Hours Training Program: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday. Post-Training Schedule: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday. Your start-time preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Full-time employees are expected to work a minimum of 37.50 hours per week. What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Experience in call centers or customer-focused roles (Insurance, Banking, Finance, Retail, Food Service).
