Job Description • Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact • Answers 30 calls a day • Process orders and assignments and enter data into our internal computer systems • Reference pricing and delivery information • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests • Set up new and maintain existing records • Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties • Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals Skills Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Inbound call, Service, Microsoft office, Customer support, Counter sales, Auto parts, Operation, Microsoft, Customer care, Insurance, Sales, return merchandise authorization, returns, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft word, di Additional Skills & Qualifications + Customer Service Experience (2-3 years of retail or office) + Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel(spreadsheets) + Office Experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
