What are we looking for:Native or fluent in Greek (C1 or plus);Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 or plus);Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);Good computer skills;Ability to generate empathy in written form;Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;Ability to manage time and meet goals.
