Customer service Representative-Funding (Tier II)
Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative specializing in funding operations to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate processing of accounts receivable activities and delivering excellent customer support. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with customers and team members to uphold organizational goals while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Perform accurate data entry for purchased invoices and accounts receivable records. • Prepare and organize weekly reports, including reserve analysis and accounts receivable activity. • Monitor and analyze invoice data to identify inconsistencies or potential risks. • Create and distribute financial reports, such as A/R aging and subsidiary reports, to senior management. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and resolution. • Collaborate with customers and team members to align with organizational goals and maintain service standards. • Process and transmit accounting and payment reports, including wires and ACH transfers, in a timely manner. • Provide feedback to management regarding client business activities based on sound business principles. • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Participate in occasional travel for required training sessions. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. • Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with accounting functions. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and NetSuite. • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to resolve inquiries professionally. • Ability to analyze financial data to identify risks and inconsistencies. • Familiarity with payment processing systems such as ACH transfers. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Commitment to teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.
