The Airport Operations department keeps operations at our airports running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.
Job overview and responsibilities:Staffing the ticket counter, boarding gates, lounge, and baggage service areas of the airport (Duties may include check-in, ticketing, gates, lounge reception, baggage service and operations)Providing assistance and excellent customer service to the traveling public by performing various customer service duties in the airport terminal such as:Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting and directing customers, tagging and handling baggagePreparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passengers travel needs are metMaintaining a neat and professional appearance by adhering to Uniteds standards for uniform and dressThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
