Schedule – Full Time Rotating Shift with weekends Clinic is open 6 days per week: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 8am-2pm At East Maryland Animal Hospital, we believe that each team member should be compensated considering their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

About You:

Greeting clients and answering phones with a positive attitude at all times Scheduling appointments Helping check in and check out clients Triaging well and sick animals Helping take care of customer's needs with medications and diets Processing paperwork Handling financial transactions Discussing billing, appointment reminders and other notifications to patients Communication in timely and effective methods with veterinarians and other team members Positive attitude and TEAM Player personality  Excellent communication skills  Adaptable to the demands of the day Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
