About the roleReady to launch your career in banking — no prior experience needed? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers through online chat, answering questions about credit cards, mortgages, and general banking.
No cold calling. No selling. Just meaningful conversations that help people every day.
About youWe’re keen to meet candidates who:
Have customer service experience (a plus, but not essential)
Are confident using computers and typing quickly
Have an interest in banking or finance
Are Work & Holiday visa holders, students, career changers, or simply great communicators!
Can commit to 2 weeks of full-time, in-person training
What you will doChatting with customers online to:
Answer account and transaction questions
Assist with credit card and mortgage enquiries
Troubleshoot banking issues
No sales involved – just helpful, supportive service.
· 2 Weeks: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
Roster rosters· Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
· Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first 2 weeks of training)
