NTT DATA Services currently seeks an **Alarm Coordinator** with experience in high inbound or outbound call center environments to join our team working onsite in Cumberland, RI. **Position Summary:** **THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION** in Cumberland, RI working Mon-Friday hours from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm . This individual is responsible for supporting Burglary, Fire Alarm, and Access systems for a leading pharmacy. Working closely with the subcontractors to help support and track issues pertaining to the company's entities. The Alarm Special Project Coordinator position is in a fast-paced call center environment working in conjunction with the company's Service/Installation team on trouble shooting calls. This role provides the opportunity to learn new technologies. **Duties** : • Maintains accurate record keeping of calls received. • Maintaining alarm processing database. (Placing accounts on test and confirming signals) • Remotely accesses alarm systems to force communications as needed. • Handles inbound calls for all the above items. • Must have the proven ability to: o work under stressful situations o actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing o follow instructions **Job Requirements:** • 1-2 years call center experience. **Preferred Job Requirements:** • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence. • Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality. • Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology. • Experience working in an Alarm System industry. **Education** : High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. **About NTT Data :** NTT DATA is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
