**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service specifically within the provider and payer domains. This work-from-home position requires a dedicated professional to handle day-to-day operations efficiently during day shifts. The role does not require travel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle customer service inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
+ Provide support to providers and payers ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
+ Oversee the processing of claims and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
+ Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support.
+ Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
+ Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
+ Contribute to team meetings and provide valuable insights for process enhancements.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service within the provider and payer domains.
+ Should possess strong technical skills in handling customer service software and tools.
+ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Should be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
+ Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
+ Must be adaptable to changing work environments and requirements.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
