LOCATION:  4200 B Pleasant Valley Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151

HOURS: 10:30am - 7:00pm; Monday and 9:30am - 6:00pm; Tuesday - Friday; and weekend coverage as needed

FULL TIME:  Benefits Eligible

In this role you will:

Receive calls from physicians, patients and internal staff regarding test results, supply orders, test verifications, name changes, billing adjustments and other miscellaneous information

Demonstrate excellent research, problem solving and follow up skills

Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems

Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills both with internal and external client

Complete special projects and assist team members with various customer service tasks as needed

All you need is:

Familiarity with medical terminology

Strong computer literacy with good typing skills

Excellent research, problem solving and follow up skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

To be a dependable and reliable team player

Ability to work independently and as part of a goal-oriented team with a positive attitude

To be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
