What You'll Be Doing

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiencyProcess orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionMonitor and follow up on customer accounts and service requestsSupport continuous improvement efforts in customer service operations

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
