**Customer Service Representative**
Location: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $ 17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday (hours TBD)
Note: Pharmacy registration is required prior to or on the first day of employment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from patients, caregivers, and providers
+ Deliver excellent customer service with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
+ Process prescription refills and schedule shipments
+ Accurately document and resolve customer needs, providing follow-up as required
+ Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
+ Support team goals while working a flexible schedule
Qualifications
+ Previous call center experience preferred
+ Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly desired
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Ability to type 35 WPM or greater

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
