Main objective of the position:
You are the privileged contact for our x customers. We are used to working in a matrix organization: in external contact with suppliers/manufacturers and internally with all our cross-functional teams (sales, purchasing, logistics, finance, technical support, etc.), we need your skills to achieve our objectives! You prioritize customer joy and focus on finding solutions. Your top priority is to make our customers happy. Joining us means being part of a varied and complementary team! The successful candidate will have a positive, active demeanor and a willingness to accept a wide range of assignments, those described below, but not limited to:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
· Handle customer requests by email or phone (quotes, orders, order tracking, complaints, etc.)
· Guide clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for any special requests.
· Guarantee a high quality and consistent customer experience for all our customers by earning their trust every day and facilitating our daily transactions.
· Collaborate and be a vector of continuous improvement, so that our European processes are efficient, scalable and reproducible.
· Be part of a committed, reliable and responsible team that strives to get it right the first time.
Personal Qualifications and Aptitudes:
· You hold a bachelor’s degree and up to BAC + 3 or you have a first experience in customer relations
· You are fluent in French and English (minimum level B2)
· You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or have previously worked with an ERP or CRM
· You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· You have a strong customer focus
· You have good listening skills and are flexible
· You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment
