Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate product and service information, processing orders efficiently, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. The representative manages assigned customer accounts from order entry through delivery, ensuring a seamless experience and that customer expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order processing for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery that meets customer expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on adjustments to maintain optimal stock and fulfill orders efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct pricing, product availability, and order accuracy. Handle customer complaints related to damages, shortages, or incorrect items, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience in a related industry is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Solid mathematical skills to support order accuracy and inventory management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Benefits and Perks:
