The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the site business office focusing on scheduling logistics, shipping information and report generation.
How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:
Communication with suppliers for load scheduling.Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets. Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order. Completing monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.Creating monthly rental / baler charges, AP manual voucher spreadsheet and entering miscellaneous invoices.Compiling and completing End Of Month closing duties.Completing and posting Sales Accrual data.Completing Brokerage Sales Accrual data.Completing JE Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons).What you need to succeed:
Intermediate level competence with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.Preferred 1+ years of administrative experience. Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures. Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
