Description We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Anaheim, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate account information. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. • Process customer orders efficiently and ensure accurate entry into internal systems. • Provide status updates on orders, including information regarding shipping delays. • Update customer account details to ensure records remain current and accurate. • Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients as needed. • Handle general office tasks such as data entry and correspondence. • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service processes. • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. • Maintain an attentive and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions. • Assist with both inbound and outbound calls to support department initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Skilled in order entry and data management with attention to detail. • Strong communication abilities, including email correspondence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Ability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a focus on detail and quality.
