Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tracy, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to grow and contribute within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: • Process and manage customer orders accurately using word processing and spreadsheet tools. • Ensure timely order fulfillment and monitor delivery schedules to meet customer expectations. • Address customer inquiries and provide clear and thoughtful responses to requests. • Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient account coverage and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions. • Book orders promptly while adhering to company guidelines and processes. • Support the team by participating in group activities and contributing to shared goals. • Assist in resolving order-related concerns under the guidance of supervisors and experienced colleagues. Requirements • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and customer management systems. • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
