What You’ll Do: + Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. + Listen, problem-solve, and provide clear solutions with a positive attitude. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly. + Go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued and supported. Requirements Strong communication and active listening skills. A knack for staying calm under pressure and handling multiple tasks at once. Previous customer service, call center, or support experience (a plus, not required). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems. A genuine desire to help people and provide an excellent experience.
