Customer Service Representative
Description Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support and ensure seamless order processing to join our client's team. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to build lasting relationships through clear and detail-oriented communication. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Manage the entire sales order process, ensuring accurate entry and timely fulfillment. • Respond to inbound calls, offering solutions and maintaining a positive client experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery. • Handle both inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs. • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order statuses. • Develop a strong understanding of company products and workflows to better assist clients. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes. • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty. • Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. • Strong skills in order entry and managing sales processes. • Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand company products and workflows quickly.
