Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Millville, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication with customers and assisting with order processing. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to grow and contribute to a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and a focus on quality service.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Process orders accurately, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage and document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to address and resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Support daily operations by coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with business casual dress code and maintain high working standards.
• Utilize Sage or similar systems for order entry and customer information, if applicable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Sage or similar systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
