What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

You'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Assist homeowners and fabricators in selecting the perfect stone products by sharing your product knowledge.Create accurate and efficient online orders using the client system.Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure all outgoing shipments are complete and documented.Keep the office area organized and well-stocked.Perform additional office duties as needed.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer serviceBe proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)Have strong written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detailPrioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environmentBe a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help othersBe able to work flexible hours, including SaturdaysHave previous experience with natural stone slabs (preferred) we offer comprehensive on-the-job training covering both natural stone and man-made products.
