Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining seamless communication. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls. • Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain organized records. • Familiarity with handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues. • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
