Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a call center environment and excel at delivering exceptional service. As a Contract to permanent role, it offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive and detail-oriented setting. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls from members, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously. • Accurately input member information into the system with a strong focus on attention to detail. • Provide detailed responses and solutions to member concerns, maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Make follow-up calls when necessary to resolve outstanding issues or provide additional information. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment. • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and adhere to business-appropriate dress code at all times. • Work efficiently within the defined schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center environment is required. • Familiarity with financial or banking services is strongly preferred. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Must be able to work within a structured schedule and maintain high standards of organization and precision. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
