Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions to inquiries. • Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate entry into the system. • Maintain an attentive and courteous demeanor while handling customer concerns. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage both inbound and outbound calls as needed to address customer needs. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference. • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in call center or customer service roles. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Familiarity with customer service best practices and standards. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
