Description
We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 4-month contract during the open enrollment period. This role will provide high-quality assistance to members, answer inquiries, and process requests related to benefits, coverage, and enrollment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate computer systems quickly, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from members regarding benefits, coverage, and plan options.
+ Assist customers in understanding available plans and enrollment processes.
+ Accurately enter and update member information in the system.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
+ Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies to ensure accurate and consistent service.
+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
+ Meet performance and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, especially in healthcare or insurance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, including data entry and navigating multiple systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts during peak periods.
