Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in fostering partnerships, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support within the marketing and public relations industry. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to establish and coordinate approvals with various business representatives. • Assess and qualify partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Maintain and update partnership details in the company database with accuracy. • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to provide timely and effective support. • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation. • Respond to inbound inquiries to address customer needs and resolve issues. • Ensure professionalism and clarity in all communications, both written and verbal. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, track progress, and manage documentation. • Contribute to team goals by maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role. • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute with accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
