Customer Service Representative
Location: Chino, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varied shifts available) Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in their day? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you’ll be the voice of support for customers navigating important vehicle recall services. What You’ll Do + Be the first point of contact for customers calling about airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical issues like radio codes. + Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. + Schedule appointments, provide dealership information, and ensure customers feel confident and informed. + Accurately document customer concerns and create service cases for resolution. + Collaborate with internal departments to dispatch cases and ensure timely follow-up. + Work closely with your team to share feedback, grow your skills, and celebrate wins. What You Bring + Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. + Strong computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple screens and software tools. + Ability to type at least 30 WPM. + Excellent communication and decision-making skills. + A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently. + Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus, but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
