Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in financial services to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the banking industry and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling financial inquiries. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products and services with professionalism and accuracy. • Assist clients in resolving issues related to banking transactions and account management. • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. • Process and verify financial documentation in compliance with company policies. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and company offerings. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve department goals. • Handle escalated customer concerns with tact and effectiveness. • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system for record-keeping purposes. • Provide recommendations to improve processes based on customer feedback and observations. Requirements • Associate's degree or higher in a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking industry. • Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns efficiently. • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
