Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role involves managing customer inquiries, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring inventory control processes are efficient and accurate. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Responsibilities: + Prepare and send reports to customers within designated timelines + Issue invoices promptly in accordance with established procedures + Prepare, laminate, and mail identification tags as needed + Respond to incoming calls and emails, providing follow-up as necessary + Answer customer inquiries submitted through the organization’s website chat function + Receive and process requests for sample kits or related materials + Provide backup support for inventory control and purchasing activities + Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned by the customer service manager Requirements Qualifications: + Associate’s degree preferred but not required + Experience with QuickBooks, shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip), or postal meters a plus + Database experience beneficial (Access or similar systems) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel) + Prior experience with inventory or purchasing preferred + Customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team + Strong verbal and written communication skills + High attention to detail and accuracy + Effective time management skills + Familiarity with ISO quality systems beneficial but not required Compensation & Benefits: + The target compensation range for this position is $20-22/hour. + Bonus Eligible (up to 10%) + Comprehensive Benefits Package, 2 weeks PTO Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
