Description We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing exceptional support during a healthcare informatics summit, ensuring seamless interactions with attendees and vendors. Responsibilities: • Facilitate vendor and attendee matchmaking to ensure meaningful connections during the summit. • Address questions and provide clear, accurate information to attendees and vendors. • Manage the registration process, ensuring efficiency and a welcoming experience for participants. • Maintain a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor throughout the event. • Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth execution of summit operations. • Provide on-site assistance to resolve any issues or concerns promptly. • Uphold business casual dress standards and maintain a neat and presentable appearance. • Assist in creating a positive event experience for all attendees and stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in event or conference settings. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor. • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during the event. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems. • Familiarity with basic registration and matchmaking processes is a plus. • Availability to work in Boston, Massachusetts for the duration of the summit.
