Description We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chardon, Ohio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build trust and foster positive relationships with clients by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a calm and positive demeanor when handling customer complaints or challenging situations.
• Facilitate the creation of new customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
• Promote the company and its products in a positive manner to attract and retain customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to management when necessary.
• Compile and prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and product feedback.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions.
• Support team goals and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to assist in product promotion and upselling.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and address customer concerns effectively.
• High attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced or challenging situations.
