Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Be Doing Email & Case Resolution + Handle a high volume of customer emails and manage cases using Salesforce. + Assist drivers with a wide range of issues — from vehicle orders to impound situations — and guide them toward the right solutions. + Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Problem Solving & Research + Investigate customer issues by collaborating with internal departments. + Think creatively and independently to resolve complex cases. + Use multiple systems and databases to gather and input information. Administrative & System Support + Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, and update driver data. + Distribute insurance cards and contact drivers to collect missing information. + Communicate daily via MS Teams with internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring + 2+ years of office-based customer service experience. + Strong written communication skills and email etiquette. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working across multiple monitors and systems. + Ability to type at least 40 WPM (typing test required). + High school diploma required. Bonus Points For Experience With: + Salesforce or other CRM platforms. + Fleet services or vehicle-related customer support.
